S60 R Update

OK i m going in for a test drive of the car this afternoon

here are some numbers

$6000 trade in for my C280
(plus selling my rims and exhaust for about $1000).....DOC??? interested

so $7000 down

and then i gotta sell the MRS at a price that i won't have to pay it off with anything more than $500-1000

So which means i have to sell the MRS at about $18,500

and that's the hard part.......


THE S60R is gonna be about $41k

at 5.5% interest for 72 mos payment will be around $620

is that only how much your car is worth..if ur stil paying that car off then its not worth seling it...pay it off first....but as for the car, defenitively a good one..i too do not understand why volvos are not htat popular ?

the part there the guy from top gear he tests it with a glass of water toshow the 4C system is very interesting.

the S60R has the most intoxicating sounding 5 cyl. engine I've heard in my life.
TO DIE FOR. The car is sick. esp. since it inbetween a 330i/C320 and a C32/M3 in both price and power.

Volvo marketing was smart to do that.

Man it was sooooo SICK i tested the 6sp man and SHIET that thing was fast. from 2k rpm on is PULLS all the freaking way to like 5k rpm and i had to ease off since the car is not broken in yet

the suspension is very very sweet electronic controlled with 3 setting just like the clk 500 air susp. (tuning from hard to soft)

it cruise at like 3-3.5 k rpm at 5th gear at 75-80mph

silver blue face guages very very attractive

That S60R is one nice car. But if you have to sacrifice that much to get it.....

I guess you really REALLY want to change cars?

i would sell my 2k w202 for the S60R or V70R np. I just dont want more payment so forget it

yeap and 6th gear is at like 2-2.5k rpm

but i did rather do 5th on the freeway LOL lot more TORQUE HHAHAHA

well, over the years there is more volvo in the fords than ford in volvos IMO.

like the next taurus will be on a S60 frame.

just when i thought Volvo couldn't kick major ass anymore than it already did, they came out with the S80, then the S60. i couldn't believe these beautiful cars. and then the S60 and S80 R's.. wow is all i can say. and once again... VOLVO RULES.
