Has anyone else read that article? The say that they reason the 3.2K was killed was because of fuel consumption etc. The new SLK will have the same 5.4 from the CLK. They also said that the 5.4 was going to be replaced in certain line ups by a 6.3 with about 600bhp. The article also said that they only reason MB and AMG havn't produced an engine with more than 500 bhp is because MB tranny's can't handle anymore power.
