Fisheye effect in photoshop

Is it possible to make a fisheye effect in photoshop? of all the things capable, id be suprised if it was not possible

Hum... If you are using PSCS2 then you can go to Filter>Distort> Lens correction. Or you can mess around with Filter>Distort> Spherize.

the second one works, but it only takes a center part of a picture and leaves the rest, is it possible to make the whole picture do that
