Is featured in this month's Dub magazine. Is pretty sweet. sits on Collectizone (I think...nowhere in the article does it say what the wheels are) 22" DD1's with Alpine CVA-1003 headunit, 4 - Savvy monitors, 2-12" Diamond Audio subs, and two Diamond Audio D7 amps (no clue what mids and highs are).

I wonder who did the Convertion. I've seen the older G230's from the 80's with the drop top.

um... They make G-Cabrio's from the factory.. and I'm sure you can import them through another company.

I like G-wagen but I don't think low-profile tires suit it very much...it needs some *meat* :)

yes, they still make the G cabrio - site link (http://www.mercedes-benz.com/e/cars/g_cabrio/default.htm#top) and I'm sure that with enough money, you can get damm near any car you want imported into the country.

I guess when you can get virtually any out there, you gotta drive something "different", something out of the ordinary..which this is...not a flashy lambo on chromies, not the newest ferrari...a convertible G-wagon with matching colored rims...its unique..but if it were my money I'd get something VERY different than that. It does look a bit cheap and awkward, but at least you'll be driving something "rare"

I don't get why people put such slim low-profile tires on an SUV? I saw the same size tires on an H2. These cars that are meant to go over rocky land now cant even go over a pot-hole. Oh well...

That is rolling proof that money CANNOT buy taste; Summer Barbie Beach Party Geo, anyone?
If I won that in a raffle, I'd sell it and use the cash to upgrade my M119 to a 6.5L power-plant.

Nice rims but the G500 doesnt look good in a 2 door Jeep version.
