Well Guys/Girls,
It's been nice associating with all of you but I'm out of here. This site has great information to offer but there are things wrong with this site that challenges my confidence in some of the members. Well first off, people are just too cliquey. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Additionally, it's too G rated for me, i.e. no cussing, nudity and the like. Besides, there is too much bureaucracy in this forum. I’m sure no one will miss me not being at bnzsport so by posting this is rather futile. Bare in mind that I will always be a Mercedes enthusiast, a car enthusiast for that matter (I’m picking up a 2000 911 Porsche). I bid you all a farewell…Oh one more thing, this site is also very unpredictable, case in point: all the forum messages are gone!

I don't know what to say. I kinda feel sorry for you in a way:( Welcome to the real world where things go wrong, you have to live by other peoples rules, you have to make friends and you have to bring something to the table. Good luck finding what you're looking for dood:confused:

Well sorry we are not mature enough for you....but i can tell you one thing.....There is not ONE forum anywhre like ours....OUt of all of the forums ive been to and seen, there is not one that is as welcoming as BNZSport.....i feel so free to tell everybody stuff about me, and same goes for everybody else...try posting that in DTM, or MBworld....I feel that every single member here is like a family to me.....that is how i feel about everybody...so if u wonna leave...good luck
EDIT: Oh and, the cussing, profanity, and all that stuff that moderators try to keep out, i agree with...This forum is all about cars, so there is no need for nudity..if you want porn go search the net for some....We drive mercedes cars, that should say something about us..that we are civilized...we are not like those RICERS, on DUBTUNING, that use slang, and after every post saying "YO CHILL, WELL TALKE YOU BACK TO YOUR POST" its so immature and getto....I love this forum....and it killed me the first time it disapeared...so i am glad its back up again...

Sorry to hear u're leaving but good luck to you.
Another example that people r different. I actually like the G-rated atmosphere here. People bitch and start flame wars at that other something.org site so much that it seems childish to me. But hey, that's just MHO. I'm not sure I can attest to this forum being clicquey since I feel most are friendly to one another eventhough I haven't personally meet 99% of our members. But everyone is different and each have to find what they r happy with.

i'm sorry to see you go. i guess theres not much i can say to change your decision.
guys i'm very encouraged by all of your responses though. YOU guys make this community and your continuing support through many trying times has always made me feel good about working here. thank you all. i'm sorry the server crashed on you. i'm always open to talk if any of you ever want to. thanks.

I don't think we're cliquish, perhaps some are tighter than others due to proximity. i think everyone here's friendly and close.
I mean how many ppl out there would stop to take the time to give some sincere advice to an individual probably half-way around the world, to somebody they've never seen? heck, i've never even been to a GTG :(

How many other forums would have this many people reply to a post like this and have nothing but positive remarks like you guys...none. And the clique deal is understandable, most of you guys live out in california and know each other so its cool. I know that no one really knows who I am, I do alot more reading than I do posting, But I lived in cali I would definitely be hangin with yall, bet. So maybe this place aint for him, Oh well, Itsl cool for us.

I bid you farewell, this is a community and I enjoy the rules. Everyone must have rules to abide by and if you dissagree you should have stated your opinion.

Well, I am sorry to see you go. We do our best to maintain the best site we can, but we realize we can't make EVERYONE happy at the same time....
.... ultimately though, this is exactly what BNZSport is all about. You are allowed to come here and voice your opinion (usually without flames :P) on whatever it is.... ask for advice, or give some. It IS all about the cars, plain and simple.
As for being cliquey, I don't know. I try to respond to everyone on this board in the same manner and with the same frequency. If you ask for advice or opinion on a product or procedure that I have some knowledge on, even if "we" (whoever) have had words in the past, I will respond with the best info I have...
I hope you find a place that suits you.

As a moderator on a Canadian forum, I can only say that this forum sets a great example. Swearing, profanity and such has no business on an automotive forum.
Remember that kids love cars too.
I do agree, this is a nice friendly forum and I really enjoy visiting here. It nice to see opinions from other corners of the world.
