Car got hit

Hmmmmmm, :( . Someone hit my car, knocking the front bumper/spoiler off a bit. Also broke my headlamp wiper and dented the grille frame. Headlight is also mis-alligned. The guy saw an opening through traffic at an intersection & punched through just as I was on the left turn lane coming to a stop to make a left turn. Stupid guy said "not your fault, not my fault, the lady at the intersection stopped with a gap and signled me to cross". I'm like, "what, so it's the lady's fault? you're the one who punched through w/o looking". Bad thing is I don't think he has current insurance. G-Dangit!

If he doesn't have insurance... then that means all your junk gets paid for by YOUR insurance and you pay NO deductible!!!

You know what's F-up? Canadian insurance companies just raised insurance premiums to most people by an average of 20% with the highest of 30% in the east coast.

They also jack your rates even though you were in a not at fault accident meaning you were not at fault.

Messed up huh? Auto insurance will be a basis of a campaign party next election.

I think it's illeagal and if someone gets caught, the car gets impounded. But a lot of people still do it.

Yea s500. My body guy said it's hard for him to tell w/o ripping the front bumper apart. could range from 300 to 2000, depending if the front bumper's attachment points got ripped apart.

If the insurance company allows me to get a new front bumper, I'm hoping to replace the c36 front with a Wald front. What u guys think?

yeah man..my car got hit by a freakin semi (s500).. i was lucky that everyone walked out .
