You can't use the same bulbs, but PIAA makes Xtreme White H3 bulbs for your fogs. You said you have SilverStars and you're going to get rid of them for PIAA? I hope you don't mean PIAA Xtreme Whites (the brightest they make without going HID) because the SilverStars are brighter. I'm running SilverStars on mine now, and PIAA fogs (I liked the amber, so I god super bright amber fogs that have this really cool green tinge to them at the right angle.)

Your fogs in the middle are a different type of connector than your headlights.

US Spec: Headlight 9004, Fog H3
Euro: Headlight H4, Fog H3

It looks like you have us-spec lights. Therefore you can't just change the bulb to get white fogs. The bulbs in your fogs are already white, the reflector for the bulb is yellow. You could try just breaking off the reflector, but it would mess up your beam pattern...

I have US-spec lights, and my fogs were amber because the bulbs were amber. The lense and reflector are clear. PIAA makes white fogs if you wish that will fit.
