Can someone put rims on a different car?

My dad's looking to sell his SL500, so his 18' OZ Classes could be mine if they'd fit my car.

Until I find out if they'd even fit, I'd like to know what it'd look like. Could you put the wheels on the red SL500 on the white 300E? (for size-reference, the E's wheels are 15'). You can get pictures from:
