I did mine by myself, just rent the tool from tire rack (security deposit required) no charge for the tool. Took about 1 hour for all four. Or you can buy the tool for only $600.00 or so, and start rolling for others! :D

I emailed this guy from plus one motorsports up here in Portland, oregon and he quoted me 250 per corner!!!
I did a little further than just "rolling", and I did it two freaking times.. I won't say how much I paid since I don't want to be reminded of this again. Almost had to sell my body on the street for this mod. LOL

Tom (Subman) and I did it ourselves. We rented tool from Tire Rack. It didn't cost anything, and kicking it with Tom was fun. He's got a great write-up about it in his website...

TWS gave me the hookup, but it was a $100 at least job (cutting, hammering etc). Killer work done by Pete. Can't say enough good things!

fender rolling doesn't actually pull the fenders out does it? just rolls that lip of metal in the fender right?

yea the actual fender stays the same jsut the lip is pushed out..That is a great write up, So they will let you use the fender roller for free at tire rack??

Why would you have to take off your calipers to roll your fenders? Assuming you used the Haweka fender roller, all you need to remove is your wheels.

in most cases rolling the rear fender you won't need to take off the caliper because the rear caliper is so small to interfere.
On the front you will have to take the front caliper off.. even when you don't have the big-brake kit..

True, but I think the guy has a W202. Arent the rear fenders already rolled on the W202? I just have a crumby C220 and my rear fenders were already fully rolled from the factory.

you would need to remove the front caliper in order to rolled the font fender.
I have to do this on non M E36 3 series and CLK320... ;)

But when I rolled my C220 fronts with Subman, the calipers stayed on (my front brakes may be tiny, but not that tiny ;) ). We used the Haweka fender roller.
Hey J, do you have a fender roller? I would like to roll the fenders of the CLK320. Do you think I could stop by sometime and use it? Email me at dtmfan76@hotmail.com

I still don't see how that would change whether or not you need to remove caliper??? If you can bolt the fender roller on, you're goood to go. I speak from experience...
