The 202 C55 is really no sporty. I really liked getting a ride in one when I was in germany. I think the 203 c55 would definately be something fun to drive around.

The 202 c55 I was in costed about 120,000 EUROs, which is about 130,000 USD right now since the USD is getting weaker. Last year it would hav ebeen about 100,000 USD.

The facelift C-Class is not even out yet, Daimler-Chrysler and Mercedes does not showcase cars that is not in production as it would hurt the sales of the current car it intends to replace. It has widely been reported in many German magazines and as seen in this spy pic that the AMG version of the facelift C-Class will receive the CLK headlight treatment.

Does any of you even notice

that on the first pic.. (the silver wagon) the hood and the front grill looks different..??

The grill doesn't have the chrome surround.. ?;)

so It might be the real thing in concept stage (although I've been hearing the facelifted W203 with CLK headlight..)

I don't understand if Mercedes wants to improve power on the c-class amg model why don't they just use the new V-6 engine that powers the (ML350) and put the Kompressor on it? That should produce more h/p & torque then the 5.5 V-8 anyday.


Look at all their other performance models they all use super chargers or turbos.
