Ahhh, crap my steering wheel is off-center when the car is straight, would anyone know what the cause of that would be?

If your car was hit, have the shop check/adjust your tow for starts.

strange, the front of the car has no damage at all whatsoever, except for the cracked passenger side rim. This is strange. What would usually be the cause of a off center steering wheel? Is it a major suspension problem or something minor?

the only thing I can think of is becuse my spare tire is brand new but my other tires are practically bald.

If your rear tow is off, the front wheels will naturally try and maintain a "forward" direction of travel and thus must compensate for the rear. This means that your steering wheel will be off center.

There's really no use in getting too worked up about it until you get it on an ailignment machine. Just make sure you take it to someone who knows what they're doing....ie. a suspension shop vs. Pep Boys.

Oh... and if your car took a hit at the rear wheel, start saving for a rear sub-frame (~$1000). Sorry :(

Golden, why is it that you got into an accident at the near same place you got before? Rear bumper, and now rear quarter panel? You never check your blindspot?

subframe i doubt it

anytime you even hop a curb no matter what wheel you do it with your car will be misaligned

allignmnet is first thing you wanna do
