With everyone going to carbon fiber and other various colors and patterns, I decided that my car doesn't fit into those newer styles and decided to get all new Zebrano wood pieces from the dealership. It's so fun to see my car coming back to showroom condition. These wood pieces jump out at your eye now and really are worth the money.

Prices:
Ok, the three pieces that I got from the dealership are listed below:
Fan speed selector piece: About $100, can't remember exact amount.
A/C,E/C or temp wheel selector piece: $142
Blank non-16V covering piece below CD player: $161
And here are the prices of the two other pieces aquired elsewhere:
Glove box european piece: Steve, or MBenz, for something rediculous like $10. He's a very nice guy!
Shift console piece: Ebay, won for $65
Total: $478, with out ebay and Steve might be more like $550.

Same with me, like the look of the wood, although if a full set of sportline carbon fiber items were to materialize, I might be convinced to make the switch.

Personally I like a little bit of wood in the car, on one condition; It MUST be real wood! I like the sporty look of carbon fibre, but I don't think it suits my interior colour (tan).. If I had a black or grey interior I would probably not have wood...
