View Full Version : Mosselman twin turbo kits, good?? "Under Pressure" do u know?

hey guys, Im new to benz modding and I want to know what if Mosselman turbo kits are good, I hear they are very high quality kits and they are very popular in Europe. I have a S320 and I want to get more kick out of it but transplantint V8 or 12 into my car was alot more work than i expected (looks cheaper on paper, but in long run its alot more).

Under Pressure, I know you had a mosselman turbo kit then took it off, why? also i know yours was single turbo kit for 4cyl.

does anyone have a 6cyl Mosselman twin turbo upgrade?

Any help is truly appreciated.

Its not the V6 is it? I was thinking you could kleeman it..but i think S320's are inline 6

I found the kit to be complete and of high quality. I took it off as I was under the impression my parents were buying me a new car, however that ended up not being the case (had I known I would be keeping my car, I would still be boosting).

I sold the kit to bnzsport member "Koolvin." He found the kit's Votech FMU to still run the gas a little on the lean side and installed another fuel injector. That is the only improvement that needs to be made with the kit I suppose.

Mosselman does indeed make a kit for the S320. I suppose you have already checked out their website... www.mosselmanturbo.com (http://www.mosselmanturbo.com)

I think Koolvin had a few brackets fabricated etc for the Intercooler to make the fit better, but he is a perfectionist.

Oh yea thats the other thing. Mosselman doesnt include mounting brackets to hold up intercooler, so you have to make your own. I think I did it ghetto style and used a bunch of zip ties (hey it worked and no one could see it).

But if you twin turbo the S320, I doubt you will be affected by this since the twin turbo kits are not intercooled.

Where the heck has Rascel been? He had a twin turbo kit by Mosselman. Try contacting "Frenchie" from www.club202.com (http://www.club202.com) he is from Europe somewhere and has a twin turbo kit from Mosselman also. Or feel free to ask me anything else you may want to know ;)
