Is it possible for a W220 s-class grill to fit a W203 c-class?

PLEASE HELP! immediate response would be best

would i need to do some modifications to make it fit?
the grill is from a w220 s600 and i want to use it as an extra grill for my w203 c32. Thanks!

I think it's too big and any mods would be noticable.
