I think W208 brakes wil work on a W202. I am not totally sure though. I believe so well enough that I would even say to investigate this further. I think you can interchange W202, W208, and W210 brakes. I think Randall said that once.

Okay.. I'm gonna look further into this fitment... if it'll work, omega's got dibs on my C36 brakes ;)

man... looks like my other mod plans are gonna be on hold. :(

Under Pessure is probably right, they are compatible. Verify this for yourself though.

The rear rotors, I think are 12.5 inch.

do you have the rotor size of the fronts? it didn't say on the spec page... btw, your back rotors are about the same size as my current C36 fronts... :P still interested

If I am not mistaken, the CLK55 (W208) has the same brake set up as the E55 and the C43.

Since you have the W202, it will set up like the C43. The calipers are two piston, and the front rotors are vented 13.1 or 13.2 inch.

You'll need 17's to clear the rotor.

You're right dude..

I don;t know why on that MBUSA site CLK55 (W208) and E55 (W210) listed as 4 pot front caliper...

I have a european AMG catalog which contain C43 and E55..
According to this, Both C43 and E55 has two piston caliper with 2 pc rotor..

I think MBUSA site just exagerating for marketing purposes.. ;)

I've been dreaming about these brakes for so long, and I'm gonna have to say no... not because they're a not a great deal, because they are, but it looks like I'm going to have to change the rotors on them soon, and it'll delay all the other plans I have for my car. Someone else pick these up!!

btw, you might want to try listing on club202.com as well, since there's a few members there that don't visit bnzsport.
