View Full Version : Blinker mirror shells BULBS for w202

Hey guys. There was a cat on the Benzsport forum by the name
of "Shude" I think. Anyhow he had turned me on to pair of blinker mirror shells over a year ago. He stated the name of the company and I ordered mine from that companyfrom the UK. "Euro.. something. The shells had came with amber bulbs. Then I get an email from this person on Benzsport wanting to trade me CLEAR bulbs that fit these mirrors. I then proceeded to take Frenchie's advice and paint the clear bulbss blue with bulb laquer.

Long story short, they came out great, and have never been pulled over for hyper blue blinker mirrors. They look sick. Anyhow, I think I want to go purple'ish white now. But I NEED a set of 8 clear bulbs to go forward with this. By the way these are some WEIRD ASS bulbs, nothing I have seen before. SO, does anyone know of the company that Shude mentioned in the UK that sold myself and Shude those mirrors?

You should be able to buy the bulbs anywhere though, they look like the ones you find in fender repeaters (which makes sense really doesn't it?)

Actually I can't find them anywhere at all here in the States. I swear to god man, I can have tried everywhere. Do you blokes have them in the UK at your regular joe autoparts store?

Dude you need anything here in exchange for the bulbs? Eurocarparts never responded in email back to me, so I am toast.



PS. Did you ever finish the clear/red S-Class looking tail lights??

I will check the bulbs out tomorrow, I have the housings in a box atm, with the bulbs still in, I could send you those bulbs! Let me find out exactly what type of bulb they are.

Nope, was only messing with PS, but someone else did some VERY similar to what I originally did!
