need computer help

i am trying to burn Video CD's on my computer, all the MPEGs i have wont burn, i get a message saying that i need an MPEG encoder that supports Video CD encoding...

anyone know where i can get one??? PLEASE HELP...need to burn Video CDs!!!

yeah, Nero has a step-by-step wizard to help create a vcd instead of data cd with mpeg data.
