- Rear 19x10 27mm offset (3" lip)
- Toyo T1-S High performance tires
- 235-35-19

Yes it will
but you will need to roll or flaredyou rear fender a lilttle bit..
Also with these wheel setup you cannot have the suspension drop too low..
looking at the spec, looks like it is a custom offset wheel.
Is it IForged..?
If it it,
I think I know whose I forged wheel were these belong to...;)

If it is going on your C Class the rear wheels might stick out. 27 offset is very low for a C Class. You should have a 40 offset for a 10 inch wheel in the rear. A bit Risky

Actually the perfect off set for C class (W202 that is for 19x10 is 35 mm
Offset 40mm I can guarantee will rub in the inside (this is even when there is no passenger in the rear)
Offset 27 can be fitted to W202 or W203 but it will required some works to fit it.
Like I said depend on how much are you going to lowered the car.
Just like those German-Trendz having low-offset wide wheel with norrow tires, ones cannot have the car lowered too much, otherwise it will rub.
