I found these rotors on ebay, and they are very cheap....i was wondering why cause they usyally go for much more...so i called the guy, and he told me that they are oem rotors, but that he has a professional comany drill holes in them, to make them cross drilled...no flaw....the guy does not have any bad feed back so it seems as if he is making a good business, and that people are satisficed.....would you get them over original plain rotors???

Are the standard brembos that have been aftermarket cross drilled?
Personally, while the look good, I would stay away from aftermarket drilled. The best cross drilled would be ones that are cast with the holes in them as far as I know.
But I may be wrong. I would prefer if geting drilled rotors that they were cast with the holes int hem rather than have the holes made afer they are cast. they may be prone to cracking if aftermarket.

My guess is that if they drill them afterwards, the holes may start cracking and crap like that.

You can get cracks for rotors with cast crossdrills as well, mostly a matter of how you drive them.

If you want some decent cross drilled rotors you can get some from KVR Performance. I run these on my 5. I haven't had any problems with them at all. I even got Bergwerks selling them. :D

i bought my front rotos for my 16v from this guy and they're great.
as renn208 says cracking has more to do with how you drive than the rotor itself. if you just want the rotors for looks and you don't drive/brake hard you'll be fine. i've had a set of custom drilled rotors on one of the 500s for over 3 years now and there are no signs of cracking.
if you track your car you should go for slotted rotors anyways.

i wanted to get those rotors for my car, but the problem is the guy said that the rotors for 95 mercedes c class is only from septermber and on, and my car is made in march of 95...so i guess they are not for my car
EDIT: nervermind, i just called the guy again, and he said that he made a mistake, and he does have the rotors for pre september models, but the front are 120, and the rear is about 85, and shiping is 45, so its all good!!!....soon when i kill my current breaks which are almost done ill order the drilled rotors...im so excited..
when i checked my front rotors, they were so thin, its not even funny, but to my surprise, they were totaly evenly wrone out, cause my geos rotors are very very bad...when i hit the break, the car jsut starts shaking badly
