Central locking system

Hey all:
Is it possible that if the central locking system vacuum pump is starting to go bad that it will blow its fuse every 5 times or so I lock and unlock the car? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure, but if you are blowing a fuse every so often check to make sure you are using the correct amp rating.

I definitely am using the right fuse unfortunately. I double checked it in the service manual.
