This was my first time someone actually called me out to race.
anways, my friends and I (4 people in the car) were driving down Beverly Drive to get onto sunset blvd to head to Hollywood. While we were driving, it was about 9pm when we saw this kind ricey W203 C-class debadged in front of us. We noticed that he had spinning wheels it was soooo cool. they looked like 18's or something. He also had to big a$$ exhaust pipes sticking out his rear end and he had some wierd ricerocket tailamps too.
We end up at the stop light next to each other and we're admiring his rims. He saw us and when it was green, he gunned it...so I gunned it too and we were neck and neck. At the next light, he actually revs on me, (i dunno what the hell reving is, so I just sit there waiting for his ass to stop showing off his loud exhausts) light turns green, I just mash the pedal and pull about one carlenght ahead of him and continues to pull until i get blocked by another car. He's in the next lane so he flys by me.
So i'm thinking, yeah, that's right boy, I beat you badd, you c240 punk.
but then when arrive at sunset blvd, the turn to the street, I seem him turn very slow and start flashing his hazards. I was like...wtf? You think you beat me with a flyby?! My friends say, nah, He's callin' you out foo, he wants to race you on Sunset (a nice two laned road with not many cars at night). The guy literally stops in the middle of the road waiting for me. I'm like...aight foo, let's rock in roll. I had a feeling I was gonna lose cuz i had four people in the car, but then agian...he had heavy a$$ spinning wheels. I get next to him, and were rolling really slow for bout 2-3 seconds, suddenly he guns it and were off. Were neck and neck for a little bit but then he just starts pulling away and away and away untill he was 5-6 carlenghts ahead. I was like...daaaamn what the frick?! I guess it was a C320 instead of a 240, yeah but anyways, i got beat real bad. horribly
Anyone in BH seen this car? White w203 with white spinning wheels, two big fart can exhausts, ugly tailamps?

Even if it was a 320 it shouldn't have beat you that bad. Maybe he had "nos?"

hmm, i highly doubt the nos. But i did have 4 people in my car...my car chipped at most still doesn't have as much hp as a 320, more torque though, that's probably why i got ahead of him from a standstill for little bit, but at higher speeds, he just kept pulling away.
but his car was fugly anyways, so i still won. :P hahaj/k

Maybe his spinners made the car more aerodynamic:p
Having four people in the car is a bit much - if you'd been by yourself it'd have been a lot closer.

320 vs 280 would be just the spankin you described... Maybe when your Upsolute fully kicks in...

yeah i have a c230k, but i have more torque and hp then 280 anyways, arggh, but i think the chip already fully kicked in...i dunno, if it kicks in too slowly, it's going to be hard for me to notice the differnece because i'll be used to it.

then you will have to just race another 230k and see if ther is any difference

Well, I've read that your car with a chip and pully puts out about 220 HP and 240 Torque.
The W203 is about 300 lb heavier, but it does have a different gearing.
Road and track had a C320 going 0-60 in 6.9 sec.
With a chip and pully I'm thinking you'll be around 6.5...you will smoke the W203.
Unless he has mods as well.

You need to get the pully like yesterday. That was the first mod I got when I had my slk, even before lowering. :eek:

When i read the topic title i knew right away its a car from Bev. Hills High, my old HS. It's a white W203 with black rims and white spinners... yup, white ricey lookin spinners. Tinted rear lights, tinted mirror lights.
The guy is a senior now, last year he badged his car C32 AMG... me and my friends had the privilege to debadge it!:D

wtf?? no...that' can't be the car lol...the spinning wheels looked different, are there any backshots of the car? of the exhausts? If it has one big one on each side then it may be it....
