As far as I understand it you can't
Current Bi-Xenon system actually using 1 bulb for low beam and high-beam
but when you flip the switch for high-beam there is a change on the reflector angle, so that now the beam pattern is pointed upward, to light the road further..
I would think the high-beam adjustment will always "right/correct" relative to your low-beam adjustment in "bi-xenon" system.
Therefore ifyou make an adjustment on your low-beam, you high-beam will be adjusted as well.
This principle also applies to regular halogen and HID as well.
since you're adjusting the position of the whole housing not just particular bulb.
if you adjust the low beam too high/too low, then everything (hi-beam, lo-beam will be too low )

Hey J, it doesn't look like he's asking for an adjustment for High Beam relative to Low Beam, but the typical adjustment for low beam.
SPEEDY,
I don't have specific information on the 211, but typically there is a plastic adjustment screw next to a gradiated scale for the adjustment of height.
Have you been unable to find this information in your manual? Also, is there any reason to cause your lights to be out of spec (car lowered/raised?). If your car is still at stock height, and you can't figure out how to do the adjustment, the dealer will do it for free.
