I bought the game 2 days ago and I think that it is a decent game, but it could have been much better...
1. The graphics are pretty good, but there is no difference in the look between a 230 or a SLK32 AMG...That freakin sucks!!
2. The main problem? There are no enought MB's!!! Ok, you think: 109 MB's.... Thats amazing... Well, many of them are just like: clk200, clk230, clk430, etc.... (It goes quickly up to 109...)
3. Even worst? Where are NO 500E built by Porsche or the 2.5-16 EVOII  WTF is that garbage?
On the good side, music is quiet cool (Ministry of Sound), the game is a lot of fun, graphics are good and there are some amazing Beasts like the C111, the C112, CLK GTR, C-Classe DTM, CLK GTR, SL55AMG, A-Classe Twin engine, etc. There are also great challenges that you have to complete...
Overall, its a good game if you love Mercedes cars, but it is simply not as amazing as it should or could have been...
For those of you who bought the game: What do you guys think of it?
Here is a great review that sums it up:

As we are talking about a game, and not real Benzes/Cars, I'm moving this to the Zoo ;)
Bought the game a couple of months back and I'm still playing it.
The best thing about the game is the driving model, it's the most realistic on a games machine, much better than GT3 and Gotham Street Racing. The graphics also convey realism well. I reckon driving around the test track in 1st person view is the closest thing to real driving without geting in my benz and going for a spin. Brilliant stuff.
Bad things:
I agree that all models looking the same sucks. I.e. an E55 looks the same as an E200k, even down to the Elegance badge on the side!
You can drive an SLK into a brick wall at 100mph with only minor bodywork damage.
Also the engine sounds could have been better, and do nothing to reproduce the sound of a Mercedes V8 at full tilt.

The game is on PC as well. I have yet to find a place to buy it, but there's a PC demo which I played, and it's pretty badass. In the demo you can drive the G500, SLK230k and a gullwing.

This game sucks...
Never have I been so dissapointed in a full priced game
Bought it couple months/weeks ago, played it a few times, and then realized how much I hate it..
It is very realistic compared to most games with how the car drives and hanles; especially with the more damage it sustains...
This game lacks the high speeds and intensity that other racing games have that make them so great

You obviously like games that are easy for you to beat. After a few hours playing GT3, I got bored of side swiping the AI opponents off the track in my indestructible car.
MB World racing offers much more of a challenge.

the fact that you can't have damage on GT3 is the biggest downside. But as far as the tweakability and realism goes, I think GT3 goes unbeat.
