Xenon Lights

I have an 2000 S430 with xenon hid lights. Sometimes when I turn the headlights on the driverside light stalls while the passenger side lights comes on immediately. Could there be an igniter problem or misfire on my ballast?? All the help would be great. Thanks!

Even though you are having a problem with your lights........... moving to Electronic Upgrades ;)

check the bulb/connector to see if there are any signs of corrosion. does your headlight assembly fog up after washes?

Well, I think you should check the ceramic pointer that is on the HID bulb. If it is cracked, the igniting process will take a little longer on that bulb, but it will not affect the brightness of the bulb. As long as they are both bright, I wouldn't sweat my brain about it.
