I got spanked by a 350Z :(

In your C36? I had always thought 350s weren't all that fast. I easily hung w/ a 350 in my integra.

350z's are decently fast cars from what i've seen on the TV reviews and mags. If anything, the specs are in the C43 vicinity, if not slightly faster in terms of 0-60 and 1/4 mi.

-> 0-60 ~ 5.5-6.0 depending on who you ask
-> 1/4 mi ~ 14.0 secs
-> 274lb ft/trq @ 4800 rpm
-> LIGHTER!

The C36 is pretty quick, but it's not a single-purpose sports car like the 350Z. It's still not bad for a 4-door sedan though :)

He had mods done to it, becuase at those speeds the 350z is not as fast as it is off the line. I stay with one dead even up to 130 starting at 60.

But they are fast cars, with a bad ride. Your c36 is much nicer.

As much as I love the C36, the 350 Z is a fine sports car with good power stock. So maybe a stock C36 will fare better without the extra weight of stereo stuff. But I don't think it would beat a 350Z imho :(

It could probably hang with a stock 350Z though.

But yeah, the 350Z in this case was probably modded to pass that easily at speed.

me and my firend's 350z did racing on the 280N when he just got the car 3 month. my car have 4 people inside and his car did pass me slow so if both of car are empty i don't think his 350z have any chance but in fact weight kill so reduce the weight as much as possible is really main fact for all c36's drvier.......:)
in the other hand all the w202 amg car c36 is heaviest even campare with c55 c36 still have more weight by 40b............
