W124 Deck Removal

I know it's somewhere on the net on how to take decks out of W124s but I can't remember where I saw it. I have an aftermarket JVC in right now but need to take it out to sell it. Thanks for the help

Hey there,

I had to pull my OEM unit to be refurbished not too long ago. I used the guide shanta posted and it was pretty straight forward. I ended up having to remove the piece of wood trim above the deck too to pull the thing out with my hand because the tabs that hold the deck in place were kinda messed up on mine. Its also a good excuse to replace any broken switches on your dash while you have it all dissassembled.
