C43 Vs Capala Lt1 & W210 E55 Vs Svt Lightning

No more racing for my ML so last night I took out the Black ///Mafia C43, met up with my friend with the 01' E55, and went out to the car hangouts and set up some fun races. My other friend with the Chevy Caprice had put in a 5.7L V8 (LT1) into his car a few days back and then remapped his ECU at my house last night. At about 10pm, we met up with our usual crew and set up some races....

Mercedes Benz C43 AMG Vs Chevy CapalaSS
Race 1:
Out the Hole...3 honks.. C43 gets a 1 car jump on the capala and continues to pull slightly till about 100mph when I was already 2 1/2 cars ahead.
Race 2:
Out the Hole again...3 honks.. C43 gets a 1/2 car jump on the capala and continues to pull again...beat the capala by 2 cars this time.
Race 3:
From a red light...launched too hard and lit up my tires...Capala grabbed ground and that gave the capala the 1/2 car jump... I gained ground quick and reeled him in...at 50mph I was 1/2 a car ahead of the Capala....by about 90 mph i was 1 car ahead of the Capala.

-bone stock E55
-Lightning has Intake, pulley, and exhuast
Race 1:
E55 gets the jump and then Lightning gains ground to E55s front door... the race stays like that teh whole way
Race 2:
Identical to race 1

i told you i dont race my ML55 any more... the only car i do race is my C43... is that too hard for you to comprehend? .... and what i do with my cars is none of your damn business jnolte!!! more mods.... looking to get more sponsers... eventually get a set of 22" wheels for shows, flipdown TV, and RENNTech supercharger

No u get ur facts straight! i specificly asked you about BOTH c43s and u said u dont race either!!! U also said neither of them had weird tranny problems but i read a thread on Mbworld that one of them the tranny has odd behavior.

odd behavior that i later found to be normal on most C43s + it was fixed when i put a brand new valve body on there!!! And no, you did not ask about both cars!!! So why dont you get your story str8!!!

He says he dident race his C43s to me, but ovioulsy he does.

He says he dosent race his ML55 but he HAS and once you start doing it, its already done.

sold it quite a while ago. i do miss it sometimes. but, i'm happy with it's replacement. :)

E55 rules!!!!!!! Its amazing... my friends stock W210 E55 is on teh chrome stocks and yet he still hung with the modded Lightning!!!

Hes getting the Eisenman exhaust and we are doing the thermo airbox mod with Greenfilters soon!!!!!!

i was lucky enough to have only minor-compared to other owners- problems that were covered under warranty. you should ask the club202 guys...or guys like rocky who seem to have had every problem known to c36/w202 owners. part of the reason that i sold it was i could forsee such problems occuring; IMO it was just a matter of time. :(

I go to Florida International University (Engineering Campus).. Miami, FL!!!! Im going for Mechanical Engineering cuz its a broader field and leaves me with more options, but Im really trying to specialize in Aerospace and get a job at Kennedy Space Center!!!

sounds like a plan... :D ...I'm majoring in ME as a ticket to get into the automotive field...but after getting my BSME...I'm going to go to Art School (either Art Center or CCS if all goes well) to study Transportation Design... B)
