Assuming that each side has identical bulbs (H4) in them, are you sure you're talking about "brightness" versus aim? After installing euro lights, you still have to get them set up, either DIY or at a shop, so that the beams are adjusted, vertically and horizontally. The adjusters are the knobs on the back of the assembly.

This is your worst nightmare.. Alignment of Euro headlights.
Just be very careful when turning those knobs if u tighten it so much and you hear a click, then it means you need to get a new headlight. So good luck.. As I said alignment for the Euro lights are a pain in the B*TT................... ;) :)

the euro lights for the w124 have a different pattern on the glass themselves...the driver side glass cuts the light out at higher altitudes in order not to offend oncoming traffic but still light up as much as the passenger....this may make it seem like one is brighter than the other....

JRE320 are u talking about the black knobs in the back of the headlight assembly? cause i tried turning those and tweaking them but nothing aim of the headlight didn't seem to change much. Does it take a lot of turning to angle the headlight? also which way should i turn the knobs. thanks for the response guys
