gauge trim on W202??

I'm not quite sure if the 202 gauges have the same diameter as the 163 gauge, but MB does sell chrome gauge cluster rings for the 163 ala AMG ML55...

The bulb colors can be changed. I believe Frenchy did it in his 202. You just need to find the correct sized bulbs to fit in the cluster. But if you change the cluster lights to blue, won't the center console instrumentation lights (window switches, lock, AC, etc) look tacky in orange?

I know someone around here has aftermarket chrome rings...I think it may be koolvin.

i like that ...how hard is it to replace the lights and put in the new ones...are there anymore sites where you are able to get the rings, and white guagues

The chrome ringed cluster is only for 97> w202. I saw a couple of them on UK Ebay.. as far as bulbs they are a 'twist off' kind. Very easy to replace. I would be interested in blue ones too. Any infos?

Parts Numbers for the cluster assembly with the chrome rings, is this a factory part or aftermarket, also can the white face guages be purchased from the dealer.

I think if you buy from the dealer for the white gauges, you have to buy an entire unit. You'd probably have to have some official place verify mileage as well...
