Sub+amp Install W203..questions!

im getting a sub and amp installed with a beautyboard trunk box....
and tweeter tried to do it and then told me that they couldnt get a power source for the amp without messing with the head unit... is there a way to do the install without tapping the head unit?
has anyone had a w203 sub & amp installed without* changing their stock deck? thanx!

you need to find a remote turn on wire and as far as i know the only one is hooked up to the HU, in other cars there are remote turn on with the antenna but you dont have one. All you need to do is tap the remote wire and you set, also a HI/LO converter.

If you leave the stock Bose it will automatically turn off because of the Ambiance mic, It will also sound vey weak, here my amps in a W203

Cut the Mic in the reir view, But still your going to sound like shit with the stock Bose.
