Who sells the following AMG 2-piece wheels (made by BBS for AMG)?
FRONT: (8.5Jx18H2) / part # A-129-400-11-02
REAR: (10Jx18H2) / part # A-129-400-??-??
Every staggered 500E/E500 I have seen looks so good, I would like to run the same setup on my car.
Pricing/URL/phone # data would be most appreciated; thank you.

Soctt,
If you want original AMG 2pc. 8.5 front and 10's for the rear post on Mercedeshop. Someone will help you. As a matter of fact I know there are still some brand new sets out there to be had from Mercedes dealerships. Reason I know is because I almost bought a set from a dealership in one of my hometowns.

Thanks Scott for the links!
Great, just what I needed, more choices... Those SL 2 pc do look pretty cool!
Autoclass.net has them for 715/803. I bent a wheel and got a replacement monoblock from them. It came no prob, but it was kinda sketchy, when I tried to use my CC to order by phone, my card was locked down, I had to call to get it unfrozen. Now I see their website ssl certifcate has expired... anyway, here is the link.
autoclass.net ('https://www.autoclass.net/products.asp?cat=3&catname=Wheels&subcat=10&subcatname=AMG&subcat2=31&subcatname2=18"')
I do kinda like the pimp-daddy S class wheels at the top of the page... prob wouldn't look so good on mine though...

Scott, you gotta pay to play. Make sure these sites that list them actually have them in stock. For the prices these sites list, I would just get them from the dealer. hometown. I

I have ALWAYS wanted a set of AMG Aero-1 (I repeat: Aero-ONE) Monoblocks in 18"x8.5" front + 18"x9.5" rear. I >>LOVE<< the razor-blade sharpness/orthogonality of the Aero I - especially when compared to its successor: the AMG Aero II Monoblock.
The AMG Aero II Monoblock is wearing on my psyche as being just a bit too soft/organic/diluted for my tastes.
I want MASSIVE AMG AERO I wheels, the FLAT, plate-like presence of which threatens to CUT the viewer into PIECES!!!
This URL indicates they exist (see the seventh wheel from the top); however, I have NEVER seen these in person:
http://www.customwheel.com/wheels/amg/
{no longer even a live domain, it seems}
Were AMG Aero I wheels *EVER* made in diameters larger than 17" ???
Can anyone clarify, please?

Scott, I saw the wheels you are looking for in 18' but in chrome  for 1800 a set on ebay. Check ebay auctions, there are a couple of them.. (Hint- search under "AMG wheels")
ps You can always strip the chrome or powercoat it.

Below, please find detailed part # data:
AMG 2-piece wheel (8.5Jx18H2) = AMG part # A-129-400-11-02 / Mercedes-Benz part # 6-6-47-1761
AMG 2-piece wheel (10Jx18H2) = AMG part # A-129-400-??-?? / Mercedes-Benz part # 6-6-47-1762
As of THU 12JUN03, I do not know the AMG part # for the 10" rear wheels; I have e-mailed AMG for clarification.
{Both Mercedes-Benz part #s are 100% correct.}

What/where, specifically, are the above #s, please?
The numbers I posted were directly from Mercedes-Benz of North America (and taken from the one 8.5Jx18H2J ET 25 I have in my possession).

Hello Mr. Shell,
Unfortunately are the below mentioned wheels are not AMG-wheels but accessory wheels from Mercedes-Benz,
therefore we do not have any information about that.
Regarding the Aero-1 wheels, we regret to inform you that they are no longer deliverable and the biggest dimension was 17 inch.
Kind regards,
Günther Riese

Hello, Mr. Riese.
I need to confirm some AMG part #s for the following (discontinued) 2-piece, Mercedes-Benz SL wheels:
AMG (8.5Jx18H2) part # A-129-400-11-02 (Mercedes-Benz part # 6-6-47-1761)
AMG (10Jx18H2) part # A-129-400-??-?? (Mercedes-Benz part # 6-6-47-1762)
Do you have any of the above (2-piece wheels) in your warehouse?
If so, what are your prices, please?
Finally, I am looking for *AMG Aero-1* wheels (as equipped the original AMG Hammer) in the following sizes:
8.5"x18"
9.5"x18"
10"x18"
I have seen AMG Aero-1 wheels in the United States *ONLY* in the 17" diameter.
Although some websites CLAIM to have larger sizes, I require AMG's confirmation
as to whether they EVER were made in any larger diameter(s).
RSVP / Thank you, Sir.
