if you want it shrinked it will be impossible to make it look the way it does.....mainly because it will be too small...

Yep, if you resize that pic to fit in 100X500 pixels it ends up being 100X196. Basically half of orig. size. Time to redo the pic if you want the max.

only putting it 100 in height (and proportional in width) make the image looks low quality..

I tried it in photoshop.
