My Buddy has finally received his 2003 A4 3.0. I am trying to get him in the modding mood.
Since i don't have my audi anymore, i've lost touch with the Audi world.
Can you guys help me find the best chip for his car?
What options exist for the 3.0 motor?
From back in the day, MTM was the shizznit. I'm sure there's a lot more people tuning Audi's now.
Any recommendations?

Thats a N/A car. Chips don't do much for it..Maby a slight rpm gain and your speed gov will be gone.
The best thing to do for a N/A car id Suspension/Exhaust and filter. Then stick a turbo on it..or a RS4 Twin Turbo!!
Shoulda got a Turbo if he wanted to easily tune the stock motor.

sell it for the 1.8 then talk to hartman k04 it (or bigger) then ur set. you cant get much power from n/a cars, exhaust will give you sound, but ya like vader said, suspension and brakes.

That is true. The 1.8 is THE motor to have for tuning...damn, that probably explains why the 3.0 has hardly anything for it.
Well, i'm trying to get him to spend some money to make his car stand out, heheheh.....so maybe an intake and exhaust?
I don't want him to get scared away with anything major, just a baby-step process.
Thanx for the turbo link...imma send him that too :)

LOL! Well, that's not gonna happen cuz he just bought it! I think suspension and brakes would be good. Any recommendations?

Isn't there a 3.2L for 2004? I thought I saw one the other day.
Khamer, rims and a kit :)

chip won't do too much but it couldn't hurt.
intake, exhaust, and the rest of your standard mods should be sufficient.
