Santa Ana, California: The Mercedes-Benz E-Class 430 sedan is a masterpiece of engineering, technology and aerodynamic styling. Our engineers at High Performance Systems have designed and created a supercharger system that enhances this surberb automobile by increasing the performance to a level previously only available in costly limited production supercars.
The HPS team went to great lengths to engineer a supercharger system that would integrate seamlessly with all OEM Mercedes vehicle management systems with no compromises in driveability or operational efficiency. The heart of the system is a Magnuson fourth generation MP90 version of the Eaton supercharger that is the virtually unanimous choice of all original equipment manufactures.
On the performance side, the horsepower peaks at 375 compared to the stock rating of 275 horsepower. 0-60 is realized in a breathtaking 5.0 seconds, quicker than any other vehicle in its class including the vaunted AMG E55 at which clocks in at 5.4 seconds. The E55, rated at 355 horsepower, is a marvelous automobile however it requires a $20,000 premium and a year on a waiting list to obtain one.
The HPS supercharger system has successfully passed the stringent emission test required by the California Air Resources Board and has been granted an Executive Order allowing them to sell and install their system in all 50 states including California.
