All I have to say is that...they ARE FAST!
I was on the 57FWY North bound after watching 2 Fast 2 Furious with 2 friends. We saw a Silver/Grey R33 Skyline GTR. I paced with it for awhile to check it out, made sure it was a real one, and indeed it was.
This thing was fast. Probably built too, because it was back firing just during normal driving. Anyway, I paced his car till we got to Arrow Highway, and the Skyline just took off like if there was no tomorrow.
It jumped like 3-4 cars ahead of me while we were doing 80mph. We were doing 110-125ish till we got to the 57->210 West bound bend. I was taking the turn around 110mph, and the Skyline must have slowed down, since it got way behind.
Now I know where my E430 stands as far as performance is concern :(
