interesting...he/she should've kept the car US-spec...that would've been *rare* in Norway...hehe... ;)

if the regulations in norway are anything like those of the states, he won't be able to register it

Having a US-spec car here is no problem - at least not if the car has been brought into the country along with the owner's moving-luggage.. Cars that are brought in that way are allowed not to follow all Norwegian rules (simple example; Cars without side-indicators does not need to retrofit them in these cases, whereas they must otherwise). There are rumours saying that cars like these can also be tuned without one having to pay additional taxes for it (tax on cars are based on weight, effect and engine displacement), but this might not be correct..

The owner of this car simply wanted an instrument cluster saying km instead of miles, and this is what he ended up with :D

As a sidenote I might add that he has got a license-plate with three 1-digits in it to make it fit the US-bootlid, and the sidelights in the front bumper has been painted to match the car..
