Cool Blue bulbs? [Archive] - BNZsport

I'm thinking about upgrading the H7 and H3 bulbs on my SLK with Cool Blue bulb, I know it look cool but do they help light the road any better?

Yes, they help. But buying them on ebay for pennies to the dollar will only cause problems. Go with PIAA, and if you have a little extra to spend, go with an HID conversion. I am currently running an H4 HID conversion with PIAA H3 Ion Crystal bulbs in my fogs. I am planning on installing an H3 HID conversion also. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Which 8000k HID kits are available for a W202?

I don't care if it's a jap kit or not, I just want something bluer/purple'r than shit. Like "pull me over right now" BLUE/PURPLE'ish. I think if you are in a rice car and you have
like a 8000k kit on your car you may get nailed, but on a Benz 99% cops will think it's stock. Most cops in Colorado go after the ricers, not Benz's IMHO.
