Free magazine subscriptions

does anyone have that link anymore? i remember it was posted here before, but when everything was deleted it left.
i used it for Maxim and Stuff and i get them on a regular basis, but i wanna see if i can use it again.

well, i sent them the form, but, damn i was hoping that offer wasnt expired yet! i want another years subscription of maxim and Stuff!! i doubt my current subscription ends any time soon, but still. ill keep an eye out. thanks
