So last night ESC had a cruise to KK's :P
We hit up the M4 and blasted down the freeway. One of the guys had a slightly modded Nissan 200SX (the current shape). His mods were a filter, BOV, more Boost, exhaust and a computer. My "mods" are light weight 19" wheels and a CAI.
I was out in front leading the way and he pulls up along side me then takes off. I hit it at 110, car shifts to 2nd and I rocekt up next to him. He hesitates, then we both hit it again. I closed it down at about 170 and he was about 2-3 car lengths behind me.
We had another run, and it was the same result. I stayed ahead :) I think he was impressed that my car could keep up/overtake him. The ol' HSV tends to be underestimated, must be the sleeper look :P ;)

Nice! The 200SX has the SR20DE motor I think... those can be quick when really boosted up!

yea, they do have the DE motor but the 2dr B14s are cows!! We had one with a RNN14 in it that ran like mid to high 13s though. A B14 SE-R coupe with bolt-ons should be running somewhere in the high 14s (S3 cams, headers, intake)!!!

B14 SER's are pretty rare... I love the updated agressive styling they introduced twards the end of the model run!
