Ok, the crossroads have come for my car...opinions?

I am in a hard position, what should I do?

1. Embrace the black strips, and go for the hard look, with black wheels, hard drop, and many carbon and black painted pieces. No kit.

2. Go for the newer updated look, get updated panels and bumpers and paint it all to match, no 2 tone. Keep wheels silver. You can imagine what this looks like probably.
EDIT: I am in the position to buy a whole side of these panels tomorrow, with the rest coming soon, so please let me know in the poll!

I never vote in your polls 'cause I never want to be the one to tell you to change your car. I have always thought it was one of the nicest looking Benzes I have ever seen the way it sat, bar none.

I still don't know what to tell you on the body but I am definetly not a fan of the black wheels. It looks really nice on some, but to me, not on yours :confused: . It loses the "clean" look that I have always admired about your ride. Just my 2 wooden nickles :P .

OK, with your edit, I vote yes on the panels ... damn, you make this so difficult :P . I vote all gold, no 2 tone .... once again ... cleeeeeeeean :D .

I say paint the panels like the rest of the car. Even my girlfriend, who cares less about cars, told me that my C220 with unpainted bottoms looks cheap.

Anyway, it would probably cost about the same painting the panels as painting the wheels. And guess which one will be more appreciated when it comes time to sell?

Since your car's not black, I would say updated. The C/F would still look great in the interior, though. And have you ever thought about machining your wheels? If you want to change the look, that might be something to consider...

Never been a fan of black wheels, and especially not on cars that aren't black (maybe because cars with black rims here usually are cars with steel-rims and no hubcaps?!) - I say go for the updated look, and if possible the OEM contrast colour...

Newer panels....keep the black wheels....IMO silver wheels dont look right on a gold car. BTW Nice clean lookin ride. :cool:

Updated it is!!!! Rear bumper has been replaced already and it looks STUNNING! So much more low and wide. I made a rounded cutout for the exhaust and I love it. Every cent of my money will be spent on buying the panels ASAP. Hopefully by the end of the month everything will be painted and installed. Thanks for the advise guys and also 2 phast and run.exe, who conviced me to go this route and who are hooking me up.
