As we've all come to expect from the Safety Car division of AMG, carbon fiber and nappa two tone abound in this purpose built car for the DTM. All with that flawless AMG fit, even the light-bar switches are made just for this car. As is typical of AMG, nothing looks like it was just slapped on.

The highly feted Recaro Pole position seats are wrapped in AMG nappa leather. This seat redefines snug. Even without the harness, I felt like it had a serious grip on me.

DTM floor mats fastened securely to the floor, because when you're trying to lead a pack of angry German touring car drivers, the last thing you want is a bunch of stuff sloshing around.

Sachs provides, and AMG tunes the dampers for the CLK55 Safety Car. But, do you see anything else of note in this picture?

Also, given that these AMGs are worked harder than any other, special accommodations are made to keep the monster cool as it runs around the race track. Here you see the specially developed carbon fiber ducts for the purpose of cooling the rear differential. There are many such hidden tweaks on the Safety Car that almost never get seen by the public, but serve such essential needs.
Oh and this is just the backup safety car, I'll show you the real one next ;)
