holy hell!!! The speedo is still stuck at over 100. egads. My guess is they were dippin' and divin', zoomin' along in the left-lane at ridiculous speeds, and the truck changed lanes in front of them, and they couldn't stop in time!
wow, I really hope they were okay, but that's a really really bad accident!

Yea thats in kilometers. But still, the accident looks horrible. It was probably compounded by the fact that the rear bumper on the truck hit the top of the hood on the car, bypassing most of the safety devices.

Apparently only the driver was in the car. He had fallen asleep at the wheel and hit the stationary truck (the truck driver had pulled over off the highway to sleep).
The WRX driver has a broken finger and a large cut in his head, apart from that he is ok (and recovering in hospital).
Rumours suggest that the car is a cut'n'shut, hence why the airbags didn't deploy. Whatever it is, he is lucky to be alive!
