I am selling the H&R Sport Srpings that used to be on my Mosselman turbo charged C220. I have turned the car back to stock so I no longer nee them. These made my car handle like an M3, and got rid of unsightly fender gap.
I am including #1 spring pads in the sale so if you choose, you can lower your car even more (this is a OEM Mercedes factory part).
Will lower your car around 2 inches.
I am selling for $125.

I dunno dude, might not work on all W202 like you said, the weight differs. Gee I wonder where I got this from? O I dunno, the whole god dam forum lol.....make sure that it will work because of different weights of engines and such, and I dont think its 2 inches, more like 1.5

Yea, weight difference is minimal to non-existant in all the W202 4 cylinders. The only thing that might add weight is the supercharger on the C230K, but I had a turbo kit on my C220 when I had the springs on and it didnt affect it. Also, it was very close to 2 inches due to the pad springs I am including, which are optional if you want to put it on or not.
If you wanted to put these on a C43, then the there would be a weight difference, but since the H&R springs website has the same parts number for the C220 as the C230 (and I was unable to find any for the C230K), I am confident it will fit. So before you go fuddling up ads, do your homework please.

From the H&R website...
first go here...
http://www.hrsprings.com/site/frameapplications.html
Then enter "1997" for year so you can compare C220 with the C230,
then enter "Mercedes-Benz" for auto manufacturer,
then enter "C220" for model, write down the parts number which is 29749-1,
then hit the back buttom, and now enter "C230" for model, and note that it shares the exact same parts number as does the C220, which is 29749-1

You won't NEED new shocks, but there are many here who think the two go hand-in-hand. I personally had Konis, and these paire with the H&R's made my car handle like a dream. However, I have no experience without sport shocks to pair with the springs.
BTW, I am not selling the Konis b/c I lost my OEM shocks.
So do you need them? No. But it is recommended.

yeah its recommended to switch to aftermarket shocks. If your ride is lowered w/ OEM shocks, your suspension will progressively get more bouncy and you increase the chance of blowing your shock. You might as well shell out a few bills now and keep your OEM shocks until you decide to sell your car.
