HOT!

Blk cars are meant to have blk or gunmetal rims w/ silver or polished lips

I've seen those Lorinser's black face/polished lip on a W220 sitting on a flatbed...man, I was ready to car-jack the damn tow-truck!!! Those wheels look phat black...go for it!

Damn! That looks NICE! Don't forget highly polished lips though. How much does it cost to do that anyway?

thanks for the photoshop. :)

right now I'm consider doing this or get the carlsson replica 3/16. it won't be anytime soon tho. Still considering doing this or getting a rear spoiler.

ryhi, I know u had the blked out rims before, how was the quality of the paint job? and where did you get it done? how much was it if you don't mind telling?

I think you should get the Lorinser's center painted black. It looks sweet

i painted them myself with engine paint...my rims were torn up to begin with so i didnt really care...it turned out alright, but if i were u, id get them professionally powdercoated

ya that does look very good, it really fits the car too because its aggressive and you drive the c32.

BTW how do you do chrome lips? Are they chrome rims to begin with, then painted black in the center?

what I really want is still the 18s for Carlsson replicas tho. 19's looks good but the tires are just too expensive.

I would black out the LM6's you have right now. They powdercoat or sandblast them for about 80 dollars per wheel If I'm not mistaken. While your at it, Do your Grille and badging on the back!!

yeah, but new rims will only cost me partial for the tires since I can sell the current one. ;)

so i'm just can't decide what to do right now, but most likely i'm moving towards the 19s. since my friend wants the same 3/16 rep too, so I just ordered the blk center one for him/me depends on if he has to budget to get the rims and if i have budget for the tires. LOL

DO IT! but don't black out the center caps. . . leave them silver too. So you have blacked-out face with polished lip and centercaps! That'd look sick!

i'm gonna have my blk MB center cap on it if i get'em. I hate the other center caps.

TWS is doing mine for $100 a rim. That's taking apart the 3x piece Carlsson
18 x 10's and powdercoating the center silver n leaving the lip n nipples chrome.
