Is T-mobile a good company?

im trying to figure out which company i want to go with..i had sprint before since i would call LD a lot and pacbell wasnt offering a good plan at the time..how bout t-mobile? ill be using the phone mainly in So cal but i still want to call LD.

I have t-mobile, and I am pretty happy with them. Customer service with me has been great, and you get even prompt replies from the website too. I am using a tri-band phone(samsung s105).. and I believe t-mobile is the only company in the US that does offer tri-band phones.

here in the bay area, t-mobile is dead last in terms of reception. on the other hand, it has very cheap / advanced phones
