I had dropped my friend Droooz at the airport and his GF was in the car with me on the way home.
She was talking to me when I said to her "Sorry to interrupt, but you are going to want to see this car up ahead" it was a Bentley GT B).
I sped up to get next to it and the driver was a male in his late 20's, maybe early 30's, and he was dressed as one would expect a B GT driver would be! ;)
As I got up next to him I smiled and gave him the thumbs up :P He nodded and waved and he had a grin on his face. We moved up to the front to get a closer look and he HIT IT! :banana: It literally LEAPED forward and my passenger and I were stunned! :o
I smiled, he smiled and then I hit it, HE DID TOO! :D. This cat and mouse continued until we got out of the tunnel and I opened the taps. He swerved across THREE LANES to catch me :o
It took him a couple of seconds but he caught up with me. I backed off but he kept going, so I then followed him! :D :P
My passenger said "Don't run up the back of the Bentley Bob" but I had already backed off and was at a safe stopping distance! ;)
I got up besides him smiled and waved and he did the same :)
Even now just sitting here typing this my hands are shaking :wacko:
My brief/fast encounter with a Bentley GT will NOT be forgotten!!!! :banana: :ph34r:
