This past saturday, I had a friend from Cali over, so we went to go checkout the Hamptons on Long Island. So I'm driving on the highway and I see this cop from behind come up; I had the V1 on, but it didn't go off, so I thought that everything was fine. I pull into the right lane just to play it safe, and the cop passes me and proceeds to get off the next exit. So I look in my rear view mirror, and next thing I know, cop is right behind me with his lights on. I pull over and he tells me that he's pulling me over for not turning on my turning signals when I switched lanes. I was like, What the Freak, my insurance is gonna get jacked for this. So after handing over all my info to him, he comes back five minutes later and says that he's letting me off on a warning. Wheeww, what a nice cop.

Anyways, just wanted to share my cop experience. And I'm putting on my signal everytime I change lanes now.

Wow, getting busted for no-turn signal would affect your insurance in NY?

Thank god for CA traffic school

Pulling you over for that?

Life must be nice in that area. Apparently no other crime to take care of!
