1) 19" look
2) lowered suspension...0 fender gap...but not tucked

No problemo, sorry about the levels on that rear wheel!

Personally, I think 18's would be great. They would give you an increase in performance and allow you to mod your suspension further (ie strut bar, coil overs, the works) without compromising the ride quality.
