View Full Version : Got Killed By An E36 325i

So, I had a drag race with a friend of mine a couple weeks back. It was in a quiet street in an Industrial area on the weekend, so we had very little to worry about.

It was just one race, down the road, to about 100mph. He got the jump on me and started to pull on me instantly. He lost traction through 2nd gear and was STILL pulling on me. At the end of the race, he was 2 car lengths in front of me.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, his car is supercharged running about 15psi boost. Obviously, it's had more than just a s/c bolted on. I've been for a ride in his car and it is f'n insane! :o

Just thought I'd share this kill/killing/killage, as it's been rather quiet in here lately.

I had a supercharged E36 328is running 9psi w/water injection. I wish I didn't sell it. what type of SC does you friend have?
