Heritage Woodworks in N.C. restores Mercedes wood better than when it was new. The company who sells the wood for 124, 126 and others body styles, coats them with lacquer which fades and cracks. These guys at Heritage use today technology urethane which has neither problem. If you send your ashtray with the wood they will match it exactly.
